Upload the drawing, paint over the grid - an apartment gets a shape, not a pin. Floors are tabs; replacing the drawing underneath keeps every placement.

Invoices issued from the panel
Preview before a number is spent, print after. Numbering is gapless within the year and the seller block is frozen onto the document. A host who is not VAT-registered gets an invoice with no rates and the exemption printed.
Bundled lines, detail kept
Whisky, cola and beer can appear as one “Food and beverage” line - but only lines carrying the same VAT rate. The itemised list still prints for the guest.
Every way money arrives
Cash, card, BLIK, transfer, online, voucher. A refund is a negative amount, so it leaves the drawer instead of quietly shrinking an earlier payment.
The day's till
Every payment of one day grouped by method, cash counted apart, and a “counted in the drawer” box. The difference shows immediately.
Checkout needs a settled bill
A stay cannot be closed with money owed - unless the desk deliberately lets the guest go and says why. That debt lands on a “left unsettled” list.

You can see who did what - and undo it
Every change is recorded, and the irreversible ones ask before they happen.
Activity log
Every action in the portal - by hand and automatic - with the person, the time and exactly what changed. Filter by module, person and date.
Undo the last action
A moved reservation, changed dates, a recorded payment - one click returns to the state before, as long as nothing else has touched it since.
A question before anything irreversible
Cancelling, deleting, letting a guest leave owing money - each asks for confirmation, and some also for a reason that stays in the history.

A new account types a six-digit code from its email before it sees anything. An account opened on someone else's address simply cannot be used.
